Made a blue (in this case pink): foam model. Tested the lip.
Originally, the handle and emptying: mechanism were two elements...

The one element allowed for carrying and emptying.
Perfected the form of the lip: using high density foam.
Created a 3D computer model and: printed it with a rapid prototyper.
Were able to make sure the sizing: and details were correct.
Made a metal mold in China and made: clear silicone prototypes.
Prototypes had different durometers: (flexibilities). Some were floppy.
Added more silicone to the walls.: Test it out, and it worked great!
