Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges

Fuccillo Design makes it easy to return or exchange products. If any of our merchandise is defective, or does not otherwise meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchanged if returned within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt. We can only provide returns or exchanges on merchandise purchased directly from "fuccillodesign.com".

When shipping Fuccillo Design a package please include the product you are returning in its original packaging, along with a copy of your receipt and a Return Form. Email returns@fuccillodesign.com and we will provide you with a Return Form. Returns without a Return Form provided by Fuccillo Design Inc. will not be accepted. This form allows you to provide a reason for return or exchange, whether you would like a refund or exchange, your name, a physical address, and your email or daytime phone number.

       In order for a return to be accepted all of the following conditions must be met:
    * The item must have been purchased directly from "fuccillodesign.com".
    * The item must have a valid return label provided by Fuccillo Design Inc.
    * The item must be in its original condition and clean.
    * The item must be in all of its original packaging.
    * After 30 days Fuccillo Design Inc. has the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

After items have been received and have met the above conditions, a refund of the purchase price including any applicable sales tax, minus shipping charges will be sent. It typically takes three (3) weeks for an exchange or refund to be issued, but it may be longer depending due to periods of high volume.

Please use Fuccillo Design Inc. merchandise according to the instructions provided. Abuse or misuse may void your warranty coverage. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted to products with damage created by improper usage.

If you bought your bin from another store please check the store's return policy. You can probably return it there with your receipt and original packaging.

Product Disclaimer
The colors and finishes of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. Due to individual screen settings and monitor calibrations colors cannot be guaranteed.

Fuccillo Design Inc. will not assume liability for accident, injury, sickness, or adverse effects that may result from use of the Freezer Compost Bin. The purchaser and/or user of these products assume full responsibility for all risks involved. By purchasing and by beginning use of these products, the user understands and accepts the above terms.
